My son brought his first car here, The staff are so helpful, amazing service. We had a fair way to travel so asked if they could send us a video of the car which was sent through so quickly and were honest about the car. The car was very clean when we came to pick it up and went the extra mile to touch up a few stone chips on the car. Would highly this dealership great communication.

Brilliant service from start to finish. I sent an enquiry through and received a response really quickly (outside of office hours too!). I'd never bought anything other than second hand directly and Dieter made the whole process really straightforward and took the time to answer all my ignorant questions prior to picking up the vehicle. Dieter and the team made the paperwork a quick and easy process and before I knew it I was on the road! Can't recommend them highly enough

Dieter was very helpful, answering all of our questions and sent through detailed videos of the inside and outside of the car for us to view. As the car was only just 1 year old, we were keen to have it serviced at the local KIA dealer. Dieter arranged this at very short notice, as well as arranging for the car to be delivered to our house in Peterborough the next day, saving us a 260 mile round trip. The car was delivered to us by Harvey, who was very friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied with our new car and the end to end experience of buying it from J14 Cars.

Daughter over the moon with new car.
Bought this car for my daughter. No pressure from sales person, was given keys to start engine and have a really good look over car even to take it out side to look at it in day light. Would look at J14 cars when looing for next car.

Just bought a car for these guys and absolutely over the moon with it. We originally wanted to look at the grandland but it was sold. So they recommended the Kadjar to us. I had never really seen one and my its a fabulous car. There was a few marks that where sorted out straight away. No pressure to buy the car. No pressure for all the add ons from the big dealers. It was the most simple quick and easy sale i have had in 14 years of driving. I will definitely be coming backfor my next car

Great service, stayed open later so we could go view a car as couldn't get there during their opening hours due to work. Very slight problem with the car we chose so we couldn't pick it up on the day we had planned, but Dieter kept us informed as to what was happening and arranged another collection day. Would definitely recommend.
